Shipping Costs
Your order will ship free, via USPS (Postal Service), in a Flat Rate shipping container. Please note, for overnight shipping you will be charged. (For insurance reasons, your shipment will have a tracking number, and may require a signature.)
Gift Packaging

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will only be collected for orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
At Barbara Bowman, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely content, you may return any undamaged item(s) within 10 days for a store credit to be used within a year*.
* Credit will only be valid from 1 year from the date of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your return. Special or customized orders are final sales; no return or exchanges of these items are accepted.
Return Process
Orders must be returned within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging, in undamaged condition, and accompanied with the original receipt. All merchandise should be returned with shipping prepaid and insured to Barbara Bowman. You must follow the instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the process of return.
Repairs
We know that occasional accidents may occur, and breakage is possible. We will happily accept our necklaces back for a single free repair, provided the piece is packaged carefully and shipped to the store with the original receipt. Additional repairs or re-stringing may be subject to a fee, especially if the necklace has been damaged by careless storage. Please call the store or mobile phone to arrange for a repair or replacement of parts.
